Rodeo Days

A couple of weekends ago we hit Houston's Livestock Show and Rodeo. Mia had a blast on the kiddie rides with her daddy and of course the petting zoo area. Honestly, I think her favorite part was wearing her blue-jean dress, pink Dora boots and Cowgirl hat. Just a great day overall!

Much to my and Mat's annoyance, Mia LOVES Barney. So when I saw that he was going to be in town last weekend, I knew we just had to go see him at Toys R Us. Mia was SO EXCITED! She's seen him before in concert with her Grandmom but has never had the opportunity to actually get up close to him. Needless to say after waiting in a 25 minute line, she ran straight to him and gave him the biggest hug. He was so sweet to her and when we left he was blowing her kisses - she was in heaven!
